Manufactured from melamine resin, these worktops are made from the hardest of all synthetically produced organic materials. This accounts for the high resistance to scratch, wear and impact damage and to chemicals and heat. However, the bottoms of saucepans can become extremely hot and the use of a protective pad is recommended. Two different profiles are available: |
